In Spring

In spring, the flowers start to bloom,
Their colors bursting like a room
Filled with light and warmth and cheer,
Bringing joy to all who are near

The tulips grow in rows so straight,
Their petals soft, their colors great
Pink and yellow, red and blue,
They all look wonderful, it's true

The daffodils sway in the breeze,
Their frilly trumpets, such a tease
They nod and bow with gentle glee,
As of to say, "Hello to thee!"

The cherry blossoms, pink and white
Oh, they are such a lovely sight!
their fragrance fills the air, so sweet
A floral scent that can't be beat

The flowers in spring, they bring such joy
Their beauty, oh, it can't be coy
For all to see they grace the land
Making spring time so grand
